Dre-Dre made this recipe this weekend. She said she boosted the flavor by adding more Worcestershire and soy sauce. She also used a combo of red and green bell peppers. I wrote the recipe for red peppers cuz green bell peppers give me the burps.
Her husband texted me: "CROCK POT SUCCESS!!!! Mmmmmmmm" after their meal, so I give this recipe a couple thumbs up. BOOYAH!
I really enjoyed preparing this entree. I am used to meat and this was a great substitute...very filling.
When I returned home from a long day at work my apartment smelled yummy but the Sloppy Lentils was a bit bland. I made some additions to the flavor flav...yes Worcestshire and more soy sauce but I think my secret and I think the topper was Sriracha. Not too much but just enough to give it a little kick.
Happy Cocking All!!
